Instructions: Slowly mix the flour with warm water and salt over low heat until it thickens. Pour into an oiled dish to form a layer 1–2 cm thick, cover with parchment paper, and let it cool. Cut into squares and fry in hot oil. Serve hot for best results!
Black chickpeas, like common chickpeas, are composed of about 19% protein and 17% dietary fiber, with only 10% water.
