In our mill with millstones we manifacture only ancient grains grown in our land with organical method.
The stone mill was our first investment on our health as it has the following characteristics:
- it is rich of wheat germ (vitamin E and vitamin B complex that meet the daily requirement)
- glycemic index = 23 and not 70 as in the integral marketed (IG highest than sugar)
- magnesium, potassium and phosphorus (200/250 grams are sufficient for the daily ration)
