The Chickpeas are sown and harvested on the farm every year according to the organic farming method, during the rotation that is made, alternating with other cereals .

In our factory, a good part of Chickpeas are ground stone to obtaining so Chickpeas Flour, commonly used in the countries and the Piemontese liguria where we find typical dishes chickpeas as gruel and panissa.
