At Bioland, we cultivate and process our organic legumes using traditional methods and certified organic practices. Our selection includes Mignon Chickpeas, Lentils (similar to Castelluccio variety), Black Chickpeas, Grass Peas, and our signature Spelled and Cappelli Soups. Grown with care and processed in-house, our legumes are a healthy and delicious addition to any diet.
We dedicate at least ten hectares annually to legume cultivation, practicing crop rotation to enrich the soil and prepare it for the next cycle of ancient grains. This sustainable approach ensures the health of our crops and the quality of our products.
After harvesting, our legumes are carefully cleaned and sterilized by freezing at -20°C to maintain their freshness and nutritional value. This method preserves the natural qualities of the legumes without the use of chemicals.
